Original Comment Realized room Heater was broken at 12:05 am called the front desk, was told it was nothing they could do, stated they was booked but they could give me extra blankets.I demanded someone to come look at it, they refused, someone finally did after 20 mins. I was told Oh it is broken, I can not fix it. I requested a refund, they refused. Then they became disrespectful in front of my kids, threaten to call the police, then they end up calling them. The police side with me and my children. The office desk guy offered a room after the police stated what he was in the wrong for. By then I refused because of the overly poor service.Explain to the guy its the point of what all happen, he clearly did not have a clue. So by 1:30am, I took my kids and my business somewhere else.
