Rite Aide Corporate, This is a letter to notify you of my disappointment is your customer satisfaction,recently I was due a refund of $428.00 d/t medicare coverage gap I had to cover for a prescription on Oct.1,2012. Three days later I received a letter in the mail stating that I was given extra prescription help with no medicare gap starting,Oct.1,2012 at which time I went to my Rite Aide for refund of $428.00. I was told D/T the amount it would have to be approved by Corporate,since then the Pharm.Tech has tried numerous times to get reimbursment to no avail. I feel you have been given ample time and opportunities to reimburse me my refund. This is not a small refund now at this point my Son is unable to go to Washington D.C.on the grade field trip.I planned on using my refund towards the $495.00 cost of trip because, I have missed the payment plan schedule the last payment is Due by Jan 24,2013.I feel your customer service is definitely lacking but you can afford to give unhappy customers and waiting time of more than 15mins.for prescriptions,gift cards if that's the case how many gift cards do you owe me! BECAUSE YOU WON'T HAVE TO BE THE ONE TO TELL MY SON HE CAN'T GO WITH HIS FRIENDS IN HIS CLASS BECAUSE I CAN'T AFFORD IT!
