Original Comment well after the last time I posted here, was finally able to get someone to talk to me, after sitting on hold for an hour... they didn't even show my warrenty info in there system, the RMA number they said they didn't even have... yeah I made it up... NOT... the after I explained to them that I have the recept for the TV I sent to them signed by someone on there loading dock... they said they would send me a TV, and that I would get it in 7 days... ok that was 2 weeks ago...called today.. and actually did talk to someone and of course I got the usual, that the phones are busy in that department and that they would have someone call me back... yeah... I asked her if thats the same group that did not return my phone calls from before... all she could do is say that she was sorry and there was nothing she could do... and as usual, me the consumer, I'm suppose to let them do that... BBB will be hearing from me...
