Netflix is refusing to make DVD copies available of their newly-created shows such as House of Cards released on 2/1/13.<br /> <br /> All Netflix customers should be able to view any of the series that Netflix is creating. If you are a customer, let them know that you want the shows available in both the streaming and the DVD format.
