Original Comment I just bought a 46' tv. I brought it home set it up and there was a pink bloch on the screen. The paper that came with the tv said in big letters Stop!! Do not return back to the store if there is a problem with you tv. So I called customer service they created a case and then they said someone would call within 24 hours. No one called. So I called them they tell me to return it to the store so I waited 4 days for them to tell me to return it to the store. I am a single mom and had enough trouble bringing it home. Now I have to drive 20 miles to return the set and bing home another set. I will be going this weeken but I won't be bringing home a westinghouse. You better believe that was the last time I buy this brand. Oh and I have been waiting two days for a msnager to call back. The said someone would call me back after an hour. Banned from my house and anyone that will listen to me.
