Original Comment I made a hotel reservation via hotels.com for 3/22/13 -3/24/13 for 7 rooms on 3/3/13 and cancelled on 3/18/13. This reservation and cancellation was made with customer service in the Philippines or somewhere else but the US, you couldn't even understand what they were saying. One week later the charge was on our credit card statement. I have been going back and forth with the hotel where the reservation was made and hotels.com to get a refund and they refuse to refund the charge. They say it was never cancelled.
