Original Comment Dear sirs; I have been a live television audio eng. for 34 years. I do extensive band set ups and mixes. I have used your products for years. I have also defended your products in buisnesses that sold audio equipment, Guitar center the chief offender. They don't even display your products,when someone ask about them they ridicule and put down your products. Well for years I proclaimed your products are very good, and inexpensive, not cheap. I must tell you however the quality has gone down the tubes, and your name is developing a horrible reputation , The repair people are not getting paid, and are no longer repairing your products. You need to turn this around or you will come out with the best product in the world and no one will even consider it. You must launch a campaign to regain the trust in your product. I guarantee in the US if you don't , you will be a total failure, I like your products, and I am spending this time to warn you before it is too late to turn things around now. I have a strategy to do that.
