Original Comment Absolutely TERRIBLE support. I received a new phone on December 23d, activated it in Zip Code 45324 which is area code 937. The phone was programmed to area code 304 (West Virginia). After SEVERAL calls to tech support to get it right the number was changed and each time came back in the wrong area code and all I got from tech support (that title used loosely here) was that the number is "system generated" and there's nothing they can do about it. I went as high as a senior manager and was totally blown off by him. This is the absolute worst service that I've ever encountered and when I asked for a refund I was told that they "don't do refunds" and when I asked them to make it right they told me that I'd need to buy more airtime since the number had met the maximum number changes.
