I do not like lying.

I was visited m dr. on 1.02.2014, who refilled my diabetes medicine (Levemir).

On 1/05, I contacted Express Scripts saying I mainly needed Levemir and Crestor, not Humalog.

On 1/08, I recieved a shipment for Humalog, but no Levimir or Crestor. I was told by the manager the Levimir was help up because yjrt esd s questiom sbout the Crestor dosage. I was tolde they woudl expedite the Levimir shipment.

Tonight, 1/10, after I have yet to receive the Levimir I need to survive, I was told they would ship the next availble date, either Monday or Tuesday 1/13 or 1/14. Hopefully my suplly will last that long.

What I don't understand is a). Why they supposedly fill all renewal prescriptions automatically, whether you need them or not; and b). Why I cannot speak to people with straight answers, instead I get Supervisors that make the situation worse.

My doctor refills my subscriptions so that they are available when needed; but Express Scripts take this and fills what they want, what they have available. I don't need to waste money on what I don't need, only what is needed at the time. And when I need it, I need just that now... Why can't they figure this out???

I would appreciate a corporate answer please, not the supervisor I have speaking to.
