I have been with HSBC for over 30 years. I am total disappointed in their response to a major problem I am having with a payment that was made to my real estate agent, and because of this problem I am going to loose the property I was trying to rent. In addition to that they have misplace $3100.00 of my money that they were supposed to send. They knew how to take the money out of my account within five minutes of me making the payment. But now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for them to return the funds to me. I am not a happy camper. The check was not cashed. They stopped the check. The problem is no one seems to want to do anything that would immediately take care of the problem. They did not want to wire transfer money to the real estate agent because they said they do not do that, they did not want to re-cut a check and over night it to them because they do not do that either and the next thing is that I did not have the 3100.00 back in my account , so I couldnt even get a certified check. So what can they do to help NOTHING!!!!
