Original Comment The support on your product is awful. Only after repeated attempts to get a reply do you. I have asked for a full refund of my $79.00 purchase and $29.00 purchase and all I get is this from your supposed support team and after a week - Thank you for your patience we are looking into this, really - its simple cancel and refund! I am no longer using the product.
