Original Comment Its seems all of these complaints fall on deaf ears as no one is listening. Express Scripts has not once but twice lost my husbands prescriptions. Once by fax and another by mail with forms that have the wrong mailing address on them and when they sent new forms it is still with the wrong and they still do not want to be accountable for their errors!!!!!!
