To whom it may concern<br /> <br /> Dear Sirs! I am the regular customer of IKEA. I am the resident of Russia. I live in Moscow and besides I have an apartment in Italy. The nearest IKEA shop (Italy) is far from my apartment. 09/04/2014 I made the order on your web site. Delivery 05/05/2014. The order is paid. I received confirmation from IKEA to my e-mail. I bought two air tickets. We specially will arrive together with my friend to Italy for a week to get the order and to build up the furniture. I left contact phone of my friend. She speaks Italian. 23.04.2014 a person from IKEA staff called her and told that can't bring the order completely in time. Three articles you won't bring on unknown to me reasons. The full order IKEA can bring only on June 7, when I already leave Italy. I communicated in IKEA chat EC162905 23.04.2014 7:22:06 PM with Marcella and explained my problem. She promised that IKEA staff will call. But still silence. Please, solve this problem that I can get my order on 05/05/2014. Otherwise IKEA can buy me the new ticket, bring and build up these three articles at own expense. It will be correct. IKEA has to answer before clients. I hope you will find the solution of this problem. Thanks
