It appears they take your money and don't want to know you afterwards. I wish I read all these reviews before I went there. After an eye exam, I went next door to LensCrafter and was sold some type of progressive lenses that I couldn't wear. They said I could try them for 90 days. Within 3 weeks I returned them for a refund which wasn't going to happen. They wanted me to try bi-focals, which I did not want, but again, they said to try them. I had family with me who heard them tell me I could try them. Within a few weeks I wanted to return them as I couldn't walk and certainly not drive wearing them. They said I could NOT return them now. That's not what I was told when I ordered them! Now I have a $450 pair of glasses I can't wear. I wrote to the Main Office in OH and received NO RESPONSE. I wrote to the Manager at the Manchester, CT store and received NO RESPONSE. It looks like I'm going to Small Claims Court over this. It's not right.
