Original Comment After much consideration I felt it necessary to share with you my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at the Rochester Days Inn. (August 15,2014 room 415) It was my understanding when I booked my room that I was paying a little extra for a suite, however the room was not up to my expectations. When we arrived we noticed cigarette butts littering the entire parking lot outside our room. Upon entering we discovered several concerns: there were exposed outlets with no switch plates, the shower curtain rod was barely hanging on, the room was dark, dated and really did not appear to have been cleaned well. In addition we learned that there was a band performing in the hotel parking lot until 10:30 that evening. I believe that is something I should have been told about at the time of my making the reservation with you. On a positive note the staff was very friendly and perhaps that is why I did not say anything at the time, however after much reflection I feel you should be aware of the situation for your future customers. Sadly we will not be choosing to stay here again if we return to the area.
