Original Comment Theeeeek comment below from Derek are my thoughts exactly. The poorest of customer service I have received. I talked to a CS rep, supervisor and manager. They refused to give me a name of anyone else I could speak to. There is no corporate office. To file a complaint they gave me to customer service email address on 2 different instances. Do not choose Stream. My electric was turned off even after I paid my bill. I will be taking my service elsewhere.
