Original Comment Absolutely pure garbage I was talked to like I was stupid.I had just paid me and my boyfriends bill over 100$ they proceed to tell me they cannot find his account there for I need to buy him a new Sim card . I tell them I just bought these phones and was just upgrading from the 40$ plan to the 50$ so we can have more data my boyfriend has been without service for a few days and he is a store manager his employees need a way to contact him . The customer service rep I spoke to made me so mad he asked if I had schooling and told me I should be smart enough to know what to do I hung up on him 2 times he called back each time saying how dare I hang up on him when he is helping me . Helping me I say!! The only help your doing sir is ripping us Americans off I asked him to never call my phone again and hung up .he called back and left a message spelling out each word to me talking very slow and at the end he says you have a nice evening dayyyyyy and was laughing I saved it .we all need to do something about this .start a lawsuit I'm with you on that.
