I have never before had an opinion of a company fall so far and so quickly as mine of Carfax. I ordered and paid for 5 reports, used 1, and the web site says it has expired, which was not indicated when ordered. It was less than two months ago and now it is impossible to speak with anyone in the company. I will never again use Carfax. In addition, I belong to two national car clubs and will let all know how Carfax operates.
