Original Comment My experience was that a female friend and I got a flat tire in her car. Thank God we were able to get up off the interstate. We waited 1 1/2 hours for them to get there. When I called I did tell them that I might need a tow truck because I do not know what shape her spare was in. They did not come with a tow truck. Needless to say the spare would not hold air. The stem was busted. Was told, sorry, he put the flat tire back on, told us we would have to call a tow truck and he left. Leaving two females there in the late afternoon. I called AAA and they said, oh sorry, you have used up all your services and know I had to pay for any towing services. I was so freaking mad. I was so upset. We then had to call a tow trucking company ourselves and waited for another 2 hours. I just called AAA to talk about it and they pretty much blew me off and I just cancelled service since I have no services available to me anymore.
