I enrolled via phone with Asurion. They confirmed my "enrollment". However, when I made a claim, they denied it because Sprint had not billed and I had not yet made a payment and although I was enrolled in coverage it was not "active"....huh???. This despite the fact that they do not have a waiting period. I paid to have the phone fixed. When I broke it again, despite having paid premiums, they denied coverage again due to the previous damage they have previously refused to fix. If you have had a similar experience with Asurion, please email me. I'm having an attorney look into a class action suit, especially since they seem to have a monolpoly on the market.
