First Let Me Start Off By Saying Never Rent From Avis. I Rented A Car On 7/27/14 For 1 Day. I Returned The Car The Same Day. When I Rented The Car I Noticed A Dent On The Back Bumper As Well As The Front Bumper. I Let The Attendant Know And He Wrote It On A Slip, Which He Gave Me A Copy. Upon Returning The Car The Attendant Asked How Did I Dent The Vehicle. I Told Him I Have A Pink Slip Showing That It Was Dented Prior To My Rental. He Said Ok And Wrote The Pink Slip Number On The Back Driver Passenger Window. Two Days Later I Got A Call From A Man Asking Me How Was I Going To Pay For It. I Told Him Didn't He See What The Attendant Wrote On The Window. He Said He Will Check On It. I Then Called The Rental Office Talked To The Manager And He Told Me He Will Take Care Of It. Two Months Later I Get A Call From The Claim Office And She Then Ask Me How Was I Going To Pay For The Damages. I Told Her I Wasn't And She Said Ok I Will Check Into This Matter. Yesterday I Got Another Call Asking Me When Am I Going To Pay For The Damages. Once Again I Told Her I Wasn't She Then Told Me They Will Continue To Call Me Until I Pay For It. Well Now I Will Be Seeking An Attorney Because This Is Nothing But Harassment. I Can't Beleive This Company. Please Do Not Rent From Avis.
