Original Comment christabelle was the supervisor that I was transferred to in order to solve a problem with the phone 256-348-5237 the original tech representative could not solve the problem, I was on the telephone for an hour+ After I was transferred to the supervisor I had to go through the entire process again and she (Christabelle) could not fix the problem which was - No calls would dial, no network was always showing, emergency call only kept coming on the screen when dialing a number, I am VERY frustrated with the type of service given for this problem and finally after using many minutes, and time, what I asked for in the first five (5) minutes of conversation was to replace the phone, repeating information was very annoying and if this cell telephone was not free and he received free minutes it would not be used and I definetly will not recommend tracfone to any of my friends, relatives or neighbor.<br /> <br /> Johnny Wells
