I have been a customer for about a decade now at one time had 5 phones(and things were good) and now just two on the way to zero. As in that is about where their customer service rates. I put up with the lost minutes when changing phones and 45 min calls to complete the process with the CS center before, but now the value is totally gone. Changed son's phone a couple of months ago. They gave a new number even when I filled out the form to transfer the existing number to new unit, but did not activate the phone for two months. I spent a 1/2 hour on the phone only for the CS person to tell me that the old number was already reassigned and there was nothing he could do. Yeah, the old number was still working on the old phone for those two months because the ineptitude of the CS center to field the request. Made a few service form follow-ups , but not worth another time wasting call. Now I added a 200 min card to my wife's phone on 11-10-14 and the system even congratulated me on finishing the process with 650 min add and new exp date. You guessed it. The new date came through, but no minutes. 3 1/2 to 45 calls in and several tech support forms and emails later and still no resolve. Will try again tonight. I believe I have purchased my last tracfone card. Buy at your own risk and be willing to spend long hours on the phone.
