Honestly, the poorest customer experience i have ever been associated with and that saying something as i have been building new homes since 1971 and spec out 160K+ in appliances annually, more to the point how my clients are serviced, is of the utmost importance to my business. <br /> I purchased my new Maytag washer 10/20/14, it failed 3 days later, in the last 7 weeks i have had 4 service calls with lengthy delays between scheduling and service all the while the washer has remained inoperable. <br /> Customer services basically say &quot;don't lose faith in Maytag&quot;. Futhermore, customer service claims only to be able to schedule another appointment but i believe i have endured enough, the broken washer should be Maytag's problem not mine at this point.<br /> Not knowing how to be honestly heard at Maytag.<br /> I intend to get active, righting what i perceive as a wrong contacting the AG's office, and our local news station has a consumer complaint advocate airing nightly and social media.
