I went to lenscrafters in Bristol Ct. in April 2014. I purchased a pair of glasses. Bought the protection plan. In December I brought my glasses in because the lens is cracking in many places. They told me I had to pay $25 to replace the lenses. The glasses are not even a year old. I only wear them when watching TV. They told me is was not their problem. I have worn glasses and contacts for many years. And I have never had lenses crack. I had the glasses adjusted a couple of times but the frame never stayed straight. I was told from the person who did the frames and lenses, that it was my fault that they had cracked. They were rude and not very helpful. Upon reading other comments, it seems to me, that your employees need more training on customer service and how to do their jobs right. I worked in retail for 31 years and customers are number one priority. I would like feed back on this. I do not feel I should have to pay to replace my lenses, when it is obviously poor workmanship.
