Original Comment ACURA TEMECULA DEALERSHIP HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I'VE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED! I purchased an Acura TSX 2012 in September 28, 2014. It has been almost 4 months since my purchase and I still have not gotten my license plates! I started to worry, so I went to the DMV to check if my car was registered. It appeared that they waited a whole month to submit my registration! They didn't register my car until OCTOBER 27, 2014! WHO DOES THAT!? I tried calling the finance department to see what is taking so long for my plates to arrive and every time, the MANAGER is out or not working! I've left a couple voice messages voicing my concern and I still have not gotten a call back! I even got pulled over and was given a fix it ticket because I didn't have my license plates and it's been almost 4 months. WHAT A HASSLE! I expected them to take care of me since I paid $144 for registration so I don't have to go through this kind of hassle. VERY DISAPPOINTING! DON'T BUY YOUR CAR HERE. I live in LA, so it's hard for me to drive there and talk to the managers, but I will this weekend!!!
