See below or go to trip advisor for full reviews.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Facts:<br /> <br /> Our cruise came in late because of weather so ship let us call southwest to change flight to next day and therefore had to get hotel for night. We had no way to check reviews as we were out to sea and was on a ship to shore phone. We trusted Southwest to recommend a hotel near the airport. Days Inn is a respectable hotel chain so we had no reason not to book this hotel sight unseen. Because of the above circumstances there was NO WAY TO CANCEL WITHIN THE 24 HOUR POLICY.<br /> <br /> We paid extra to change our flights even though missing the flight was out of our control.<br /> <br /> We paid extra for a hotel because we were stuck for the night.<br /> <br /> When the cab dropped us off at the hotel we were horrified at the condition of the hotel. We went into the dilapidated lobby to talk to the desk person who was rude and made us feel even more nervous. Said we couldn't check in until 3 which left us in a bad area with nowhere to go.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> We called a cab and was taken to a hotel down the road that was a sight for sore eyes....checked in immediately and was so relieved to be in a clean and safe environment. YES...WE HAD TO PAY FOR THIS HOTEL AND WAS HAPPY TO DO SO AS THEY PROVIDED A SAFE AND CLEAN environment !!!<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The fact that Days Inn, Southwest, and Chase Credit card all have put us through weeks of supposedly investigation to this claim and have all denied our request for a total refund is unbelievable and unacceptable. I am a Days Inn and Southwest awards member and completely mystified at how this has been handled. We have PICTURES...REVIEWS...EXTENUATED CIRCUMSTANCES...for fighting this charge and all we get is the run around.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> THIS HOTEL IS FILTHY...RUNDOWN...UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY!!!<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Who do I have to take this to for a full refund?
