I am very disappointed i purchased a 14 piece living room set on 1/1/2015 at the store located at 164 Glen Clove Road, Carle Place NY 11514 and scheduled a delivery for 1/11/15 the next day I received a call from the store and was told they do not deliver to my area on Sunday's and it would be delivered on Saturday 1/10/15. I received a call on Thursday 1/8/15 to confirm the delivery of my furniture on Saturday 1/10/15. Then on Friday afternoon 1/9/15 I received a call from Ashley furniture to say that my furniture will not be delivered on Saturday 1/10/15 as promised because my furniture did not fit on the truck!! I spoke to a manager at that location by the name David i told him that i was not happy and that they have changed my delivery date too many times and that i wanted a refund of my money he said that i can get a refund less a 30% restocking fee i asked him how am i being charged a restocking fee when the furniture has not left the warehouse and that they broke the contract by not delivering the furniture as promised mind you it was your company that has changed the delivery date twice not me. I asked David (the manager) for the phone number to the corporate office so that i can speak to someone above him he said he did not have the number to the corporate office how is that possible!!!! I have had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate Ashley furniture but still no furniture has been delivered. I want to be refunded my entire purchase price i did not break the contract Ashley Furniture did by not delivering furniture as promised
