Original Comment I had my eye exam at the Mac Arthur location in Norfolk Va. I went next door to the Lens Crafters to get my glasses and the Representative was so rude and unprofessional that I just left. I started to go to the Pearle Vision in the same mall but, I thaught that I would at least give Lens Crafters another chance. I traveled 20 minutes out of my area to go to the Greenbrier location. Wow, No diffrence!!!! Customer Service was awful. I finally ordered my glasses. It took 10 days to arrive just for them to tell me the lens was scratched. So, I had to use a loaner pair. Receive another call 7 days later saying the lab is backed up and it will be another 10 days before my lenses arrive. I paid a lot of money for my glasses. I could have taken my business elsewhere!!! My Husband and son have prescriptions also. But guess what? We wont be going back to any Lens Crafters Locations. Worse experience ever!!!!!
