Original Comment The cosmetic departments in most of the Nordstroms in Ma are very frustrating to say the least. There are a bunch of salespeople standing around and most of them know only bits of information that is helpful about each cosmetic line.As an educator teachers have to specialize in different levels of education being preschool, elementary, middle, schools etc. It is unrealistic to think that a person can be trained in all of the cosmetic lines. If you go into Macy's, Bloomingdales, Lord and Taylor they have salespeople assigned only to a particular line and are extremely knowledgable in that line. When you pay a lot of money for a product you want quality service and you do not get that at Nordstrom's cosmetic departments. I'm afaid I will have to take my business elsewhere.
