I was trying to move my service to a new address after paying my bill in advance of 1 month and was told by the agent taking my payment that no fees would be charged. After being transferred and finding out I'd have to pay another $99 I declined and was told I'm on a contract until July. I explained this was not true and asked to be emailed info supporting that and was yelled at. Then I asked to have my service canceled and was told no! I agreed to pay any early termination fees but was still told no. I then asked for a manager but was not only told no but was asked several times why I needed to speak to his manager. I thought this was a joke and hung up. I called back and got the same guy!!! I have never been so disgusted by the atrocious customer service as I am right now. Is no one monitoring this people?!! <br /> <br /> Now what AT&amp;T? Do you really want me to pay for service I'm no longer receiving? I AM DISGUSTED!!!!!!
