I'm on the phone with their representative now trying to gain access to my money and they've been giving me the runaround for fifty-one minutes now, bouncing me from one call center after another. This is the shadiest, convoluted banking process I've ever witnessed. They have no regard of the customer or the customers money. Mind you, this isn't a credit card...it's a debit card and the funds are there and they won't give them to me. I will make it me mission to take away as much business as possible from them and we should all do the same. STAY AWAY FROM NETSPEND!!!
