Original Comment Still waiting Susan Gooch to return my call from 2 days ago. Because I don't have a fax number I am being made to borrow money for gas to drive all the way to Dekalb County from Douglasbille Ga to get a copy of Medical Papers I need to be filled out. I only asked that the papers be faxed back to the Dville office so I won't have to be put in a financial obligation to travel to Dekalb to pick up the paper; Kaiser service SUCKS. Debra T, Alexandria harness and Susan Gooch should be fired. DebraT. In Medical Records is a joke and has No Business being anybody Lead. Disappointed customer n Georgia.
