Original Comment This is not a reputable company. I had Avast Total Support. I paid $179.99 for a year of support. I had a tech on my computer for 53 minutes and he couldn't even get started. He was trying to download his toolkit and was unable to accomplish that. I called the technical office twice during the session and they kept saying that he was a good tech. I finally had to terminate the session. When I called the office and requested a refund, they would not grant it. I was told that once they start service, you will not get a refund. My only hope is to refute the charges. But to do that I have to get an outside company to look at my computer and write a letter that Avast should have been able to help me. I've never dealt with a company that had so little regard for its customers. Best to stay away from this company.
