this email is in reference to my endless effort to obtain my money due back from Dish in the amount of $84.96. I have recently left your network due to increasing cost and unhappiness with service.On February 27 of this year I cancelled my service,contract was up,with no encouragement from service personnel to stay.At this point I paid my bill and it ended up being paid in excess of what was due at time of cancellation.I was billed $105.00 which I paid and another bill soon followed for balance due $20.00 with a credit of $84.96.The twenty dollars was for equipment minus $105.00 leaving my credit of $84.96.On several occasions since knowing my credit due I have contacted Dish,with personnel to find that it would take 7 to 10 business days for refund.Not having received the refund due in the allotted time I spoke again to find refunds take 23 days. Waiting for this time with no refund personnel was contacted and I was told a check was sent out March 20,23 and 30th. It is now April 2nd and still no refund.Not knowing where to turn,I am sending you this email to ask your assistance in finally obtaining my refund which I have rightfully waited for and havent received
