On Friday 4-3-2015 my car stopped running and was towed to your Gulf Gate Dodge service center in the Houston area. I am just receiving my car back after 5 days with no transportation. I had to have an alternator replacement, once the job was finally complete I picked up my car to find the all of the power to the locks system no longer work. I took the car back to GARY the Service manager and was told that he do not have proof that the locks ever worked in the the first place. He is awful and very unprofessional, this was my first time at this location and my last. I will never go back there again and will not recommend anyone else to do so. I am a customer and should be treated as such. The bottom line is, my car was damaged by their service department and i am being told he has no proof it ever worked. GOOD LOOK WITH the retention of your customers, rather it is purchasing a new vehicle or coming for service. (NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR DODGE AT ALL)!
