Original Comment Tracfone is a sadddddddd excuse for a customer friendly company! After 4 months of trying to get a new password so I could access my account online, I finally got thru today after another hour on the phone with people who are TOTALLY CLUELESS ABOUT TECH SUPPORT! PLEASE TRAIN SOMEONE THERE! Just got an Iphone so I will soon be done FOREVER with this crappy company!
