WOW...how sad....over and over the same kinds of comments!! We will just say ditto! Overseas, low cost providers, US companies that seem to want to hide as they take your dollars...hard to find if even possible an American phone number to call and actually speak to a person. It goes on and on. It appears obvious that no one at this company cares and that this subject needs to be taken up at the Federal level. There needs to be major accountability and penalties levied to this company and any others operating like them...seemingly more and more everyday. Just another small example of how this world is going to hell in a hand basket!
