Thank you Tracfone, you have convinced me to move on to another provider.<br /> <br /> Even though I placed the order on YOUR WEB PAGE while logged into my account, you failed to mail out my sim-card with the excuse that &quot;I did not provide an address&quot;. I must ask... How does your web site accept an order to be shipped without me providing an address? and my account that I placed the order through already has my address, so what was the problem?<br /> <br /> Seven full days after the initial order date I was informed of your incompetence by a CS rep only after I called into you. He said he will get my sim-card too me in 3-5 days (not the &quot;within 3 days&quot; that you promised the week prior). On the 5th day there was still no sim-card in the mail so I called your CS again. After being transferred to three different people, and to my complete surprise I was told that the sim-card HAS NOT BEEN SENT again (!!!) because they required more information. Once again, you have my phone number and failed to supply even the most basic of customer service.<br /> <br /> You had no problems charging my credit card back on the first day, how is it that you do not know how to use a phone to call your customer to get an address (that you already had) or ask for more info? This level of incompetence simply can not be tolerated.<br /> <br /> Thank you Tracphone. I will be moving on to a different provider after years of being your loyal customer.
