Original Comment I Received horrible service ** yadira Arreola manager of your store in Oceanside/Encinitas/Del mar** quoted me the price of 136.00 ** I have it on text from her company cell phone. When I got my bill it was 186.00 ** I was very specific that I could barely afford the 136.00 with Cox Cable and had been with them for 25 years, I was locked in a good rate with them. She guaranteed the price, lied about the service, and now she won't even get back to me. <br /> I call customer service and have gotten the run around 3 times, that a supervisor will get back to me. I have told them each and everyone that I can not afford this service and I want what was promised to me. I took a whole day off to get the uverse installed and lost my bundle package with cox.<br /> Horrible customer service, they play dumb, I stay on hold for 30 minutes of my cell phone time just to be told the account will be escalated and I will get a call back from a manager. lies lies lis<br /> <br /> I will take this to small claims court for the time I wasted and cost to reinstall with cox if I have too.. this is poor service and a bunch of liars in this company. I have already wasted all this time, what is 75.00 to take this to small claims court and get some attention to AT&amp;T false promises.. The rep should be held liable for my inconvenience, this is how you teach employees not to mess with peoples livelihood.. <br /> I am a single mother with a mortgage and paying my son and I education, when I say $136.00 is my max budget and all I will pay, I should not be lied to and tricked into a service I can't afford. it was to good to be true.. <br /> <br /> I am more upset how AT&amp;T has handled this.. 3 complaints and 3 promise to call back and escalate and no response.
