Without being forewarned about parking in non parking spaces for the last 3 years yesterday, 5/19 my car was towed!! We have a huge parking problem at the Ford Rd Planet Fitness due to the school in the adjacent building. Therefore we parked where we could safely. Now without warning, verbally or written the new manager decides to implement towing. No announcement that cars will be or are being towed. You leave the gym, no car!! Now its on you to find out where your car is, get transportation to go get your car and $400.00 cash money to retrieve your car!! Customer Service, WOW!! Is this how you treat your members?!!
