Very unhappy with the follow up on replacing my Dodge Ram 2500 with the buy back .. I lost control of my truck on July 9th 2015 when the tie rod broke.. I called several times and not getting any place. Called my Iowa state senator and they said they would be calling Dodge to get some results. I am stuck with a truck no one wants and unsafe to drive my family. I read the consent form. Seems very clear.. Really like to get this done asap.
