I Called Tracfone On 2/15/16 Spk With A Nice Gal Who Said The Error I Was Having Was On The Tracfone Side, To Please Wait 24 Hrs To Have It Fixed. She Gave Me A "ticket" Number. 36 Hrs Later Issue Not Resolved. I Called 2/18/16 Spk With A Nasty Lady From Columbia, I Requested A Supervisor Which She Denied Me. Told Me That My Issue Was Not Valid And Could Not Transfer Me Or Get Me A Supervisor. I Told Her I Was A Good Paying Tracfone Customer And This Is How Customers Are Treated? I Was Requesting Over And Over Again. After 20 Minutes Of Playing Her Game, She Hung Up. I Was Pissed. Called Tracfone Again This Time I Got Honduras.i Asked A Hypothetical Question About Being Able To Request A Supervisor If Not Being Helped. He Would Not Answer My Question. Called Again, Got Philipines. Tracfone Are You Really Listening To Your Customers Complaints?? Shame On You Guys.
