Original Comment I have call many time to speak with someone at the corp office and had zero luck. my deposit was sent to my acct and a hold was place on my deposit due to providing proof of deposit. I have sent what was requested and it is still pending. Customer service told me they a have review my document and approved so I ask why have it been release to me. I was told give them a couple of hours. I ask to speak to someone in the states they told me they were in the states which is incorrect.
