Original Comment Dear Sir/Madam, There is the problem to do transaction- to continue service. Firstly I've tried to buy the service online for one year with automatically charge. But it is failed; I'd like to know a reason. Next, but your representative didn't explain clearly the plans. Actually I believe two months ago I ordered a year plan for $9.99 and 30 min monthly, but today I was confused by the answer that it is impossible. Please help me to clarify the situation and to continue the service. Thank you. Mark Magid
