Original Comment I was supposed to have my internet and cable installed yesterday between 5:30 - 6 pm.<br /> They never showed, I called the office and while I was on the phone with them as they were &quot;checking&quot; to see if the driver was still in the area, although he would not answer his phone. Apparently the driver called me WHILE I was on the phone with the office and since I didn't answer, they told me I had to reschedule. WTH!!! why couldn't they tell him they were on the phone with me because I was waiting on him to come do my installation. I also told them that I took off work for this and all they could say is I am sorry. I see they don't have a problem taking the money!!! Mediacom SUCKS!!! Now they have rescheduled me for next Wednesday. WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT A WHOLE @#$% WEEK FOR THEIR SCRWEUPS!!! I SHOULD BE SQUEEZED IN ON THE NEXT DAY SINCE IT WAS NOT MY FAULT!!! UUUGGGHHHH!!!!!
