To whom this may concern,<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I received a microwave that was purchased in December of 2015. I spoke with someone on May 31, 2016 asking for assistance regarding the microwave being defective, and they told me to cut the end of the cable, then to send it in with the RMA#. I called today for the third time, and someone told me that the microwave is out of warrantee and that I'm going to receive a check, but I never got it. Now someone told me that I needed my receipt, because the microwave was out of warrantee. I also spoke with a woman named Heather, and not cooperative and rude. When I finally spoke to someone I was directed back to customer service where Heather then hung up in my face. This is the worst customer service I have ever received, it was unprofessional. I'm going to try to find the receipt, but if I can't just forget it. I'll rather go purchase a whole new microwave elsewhere than to deal with Kenmore and Sears. Also when I called back I gave my RMA# and my phone number and they couldn't find me in the system. If you feel the need to contact me I have the RMA# and the email that sent it to me.
