Tried to "reactivate" my phone on the 4th of July, 2016. Was deactivated due to service time allowance. I bought a $20.00 card, entered in the pin # for it...Nothing. Called the customer service number and got it reactivated. Phone was usable, I was able to send text messages etc. Then on the 5th of July, 2016 I went to use my phone and the automated message stated my phone was deactivated. Called customer service again and now they want to sell me a $9.99 card to activate my phone. No, just no. Today is the 6th of July, 2016 and my husband and I are still speaking with numerous different customer service reps to reactivate my phone. Just reactivate my phone, dont try to sell me more minutes, it just sounds like a horrid scam type business practice. Finally after about 8 service reps we get to speak to a supervisor, whom gets my phone activated. I hope the 7th of July, 2016 arrives and my phone still works. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
