OnBoard device should of never been distributed until all the kinks were worked out. Taneshia Johnson in the Garland, TX office has been wonderful and has helped me many times since the beginning of June. I was there and she talked with support on several occasions trying to get OnBoard and the APP to work. She is wonderful. On 7/22 I received an email (THE !ST ONE) stating that since I have been ignoring all correspondences I need to return the device or be charged. I went to the office again and Taneshia does not know what happened. Being fed up I returned the device. I contacted support and was told by Jason that they can not help it if I did not receive the former emails and that I never contacted support so I could not be helped. Taneshia contacted support many times on my begalh. I am happy with AAA insurance but OnBoard and it's support is a nightmare.
