Original Comment I have been threatened twice now since my stay on Aug 5th and 6th. I reported the non cleanliness of our rooms, we paid for 4 rooms. Since then the manager of this hotel, Days Inn in Monett, Missouri, has threatened to use my bank card and charge 8 rooms. I reported again and yesterday I receive a call from a Mike I believe was his name from one of your offices that I needed to talk with this manager because there was items broken. I am disabled and have a bad heart, my doctors are worried because I am being stressed. All I wanted was the money he took from my sister and I because he said my nephew bothered some of the people there. Please why am I being harrassed for the state of the establishment, which the pool was very dirty, my mother had actual grasshoppers and roaches in her room, and the fridge leaked black water and did not work. I have never been treated so badly and threatened like this from anyone. I do have the messages left on my phone from both of these employees.
